In 2016, RCMDO(Rwanda Christian Medical and Dental Organization) supported an association of Christian medical students in University of Rwanda to organize blood donation campaign in Huye district where people gathered at University of Rwanda-Huye campus and at National Center for Blood Transfusion-Huye branch to donate blood for saving lives in Hospitals. Around 132 people donated blood on that day and decided to be regular blood donors.
