One of the objective of RCMDO is to mentor young medical students by teaching them how to develop values which will help them to be good healthcare providers who will demonstrate God’s glory in their practice in future and provide good services to the patients. This is done by visiting them in their weekly meetings, organizing seminars and saline training for them. Since 2016, members of RCMDO attend seminar of welcoming new medical students every year and in 2019, trainers from RCMDO taught medical students about saline process.
